Silver Sands Beach Resort - GOA

Silver Sands Beach Resort in Goa at Colva beach is dirty place to live.
Don't see its pictures on Internet.Its looks bad in real.

We visited there around 20th January and their Pool,Restaurant's,Spa etc.. every thing was closed.

• Other than Tea and Wine ,you can not get any thing in Room or in Restaurant.
• No Breakfast in Restaurant.
• No STD/ISD calls Facility.Go Outside hotel to call !
• They can not arrange taxi even on 12 hours notice.
• You need to pay For Tea when you order them!Blah Blah...

Anand Power System - India - Poor Service

I ordered a APC accessory from Anand Power system (Located in Noida,India) for our India Office (which was in start up stage last year) and they took the 100% advance money from me and promise to get it delivered in a week time.

Nothing get delivered for 2 months and the their sales guy who took the money from me start behaving badly.He stop taking calls from me and even hang my by long distance calls on hold for several minutes and then hangup!

at this stage I take the matter with their High officials and after another 2 weeks and several phone calls ,they refunded my money.

This was very bad exp. for me in India and strange other APC vendor I tried after this delivered me the APC accessory on the same day of order.

DHL Did not deliver my package for 7 days

Last Summer I was expected a package from East Europe and DHL did not deliver it for 7 days.
We have to call the sender and get customer tracking number and then call DHL to deliver it.

Every thing was correct in address and looks DHL guys just did not like it to get delivered and more over it has our phone number on addess and they did not even bother a call to us.

There are already few sites on internet which deals with DHL bad services and if you search for "DHL sucks" you will find few.
