Reliance Fresh India Selling Expired Products?

I received a Nice post this time from a Friend in India about Reliance Fresh India (A retail chain run by India Large Business Group).

2 Complaints:

1.They are selling Expired Fruits Items (Or atleast not taking pain to remove items from counters after expiry date).He bought a packed Pineapple on 30th July 2007 and expiry date was 29th July.He admits he did not check the date Nor the salesman who bill the item.But who will even think a Store named "Fresh" will sell Expired Items.Approaching them after 2 days did not result any thing even after showing Bills and proof.They admitted it may be their mistake but No refund until you bring that Expired Pineapple !


2.They are always out of staff and he is never able to contact Their customer care as any time he visit them there is no one on Desk.

    mReliance Fresh recutiting goons. When you object to someone, they start misbehaving. I had the experience in Reliance Fresh, Sector - 61, Noida. Some billing guy called Dinesh, made me wait for 25 min.s before billing. When I wanted to pay by card, I was told your card does not work and the same card worked few seconds later. Some problem was with the way he was swiping. Later on, when I wanted to complain, I was told that nobody can move those guys and I can go anywhere to cplain against them
