DHL Did not deliver my package for 7 days
Last Summer I was expected a package from East Europe and DHL did not deliver it for 7 days.
We have to call the sender and get customer tracking number and then call DHL to deliver it.
Every thing was correct in address and looks DHL guys just did not like it to get delivered and more over it has our phone number on addess and they did not even bother a call to us.
There are already few sites on internet which deals with DHL bad services and if you search for "DHL sucks" you will find few.

this happened to me TWICE . Unfortunatley its impossible to know what courier the suppliers will use. DHL are not reliable.
