Airtel India Telephone and Broadband

Airtel India Telephone and Broadband services customer care has crossed new low limits in poor services.

Last 2 months I am getting a late fees charges on my bills through every time I deposit the bill on time (even 2 days before last date this month).I pay by bank cheque and it was deposited to their Airtel office Drop box full 48 hours before last date)

is it my responsibility to get the cheque out of their drop box and deposited it to their bank!

I was able to get refund on these 2 charges by doing straight rough talk to those guys.
any one having same problem should call these guys , they will refuse first but don't give up and insist on talking to a senior manager OR ask for a contact number where you can put further complaint.
Tell them they did not give a separate last date for bill payment by cheques so why we need to pay late fees.

Other Problems:
1)You will receive a prerecorded call to get some ring tone or something like that and you will not able to hangup those calls only to find in next bill that you have been charged a fees for ringtone,you never subscribed.
again call up those poor Customer care and insist you did not subscribed and ask them to show records of the call if any which you made to subscribe.
They will give up finally in steps and refund all charges.

2)False Promises:Their Sales guy said you will receive 3 numbers to call on 66% discount but did not tell its only for fist 3 months.

3)They say you can pay online at airtel.in. any one can find how to pay there?The links to pay online is not there!

4)You can NOT choose which package to choose for telephone and internet separately.They have put so many conditions to apply there.

I don't have much options in India so have to keep those airtel telephones.
Tata Indicom,Relinace,BSNL too have similar issues.
